We deliver to homes in Kotkapura and nearby areas, and across India through trusted courier services.

Delivery charges

Free Delivery Across India on Orders Above ₹1,999

• Orders above ₹1,999: Enjoy free delivery anywhere in India.
• Orders below ₹1,999:
  • Kotkapura (PIN 151204): Free delivery within the city.
  • Other locations: Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

How you can pay

You can pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Where cash on delivery is available, it is shown as an option at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery time

Because everything is made in small batches, orders are usually prepared within two days. Local deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 days, and courier deliveries elsewhere in India within 3–7 days.

We message you on WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

Returns

Food products are perishable and prepared to order, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or spoiled, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel before your order has been prepared or dispatched — just message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Where a refund is due on an order paid online, we return it to the same payment method you used. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
