What we collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address and any note you add. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and products people use, so we can improve the shop. It uses cookies, does not store your IP address, and is not used for advertising. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, to reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of past orders. If you message us on WhatsApp, your message and phone number are also visible in that chat. Online payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details.

Where it is stored

Order and enquiry records are stored in our database (Supabase). Access is restricted to the business owner through a password-protected admin login; they are not publicly readable.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp, and we will remove them from our records.
